MUMBAI, India--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 20, 2007--WNS (Holdings) Limited (NYSE: WNS), a leading provider of offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) services was the top ranked Indian outsourcing provider according to the 4th annual Black Book of Outsourcing Survey conducted by the Brown Wilson Group, a leading industry analyst. The survey, yielding over 22,000 responses from buyers of outsourcing services, is widely accepted as the single industry measure of unbiased client satisfaction.

WNS also made dramatic gains in this year's ranking, overtaking numerous other outsourcing providers to improve on its 26th place 2006 ranking to its new position as #3.

WNS was awarded perfect 10s in the four attributes scored by the Survey: level commitment, corporate direction, leadership impact, and human capital performance. According to the Survey's methodology, a 10 score is defined as having "overwhelming exceeded client expectations."

The Black Book of Outsourcing Survey identifies the top 50 outsourcing companies and offers an industry-wide look at trends and client relationships to assist companies that are seeking outsourcing suppliers. The Survey, conducted from January through April of 2007, ranks the suppliers based on responses from those involved in outsourcing decision-making. It was released Friday, June 15.
